Automatic Compounding System
Since 2021, we have established a new Automatic Compounding system to ensure precise and stable mixing of NBR coating solutions. This system accurately measures the weight of each chemicals as it is added, and controlling the process to maintain the exact proportions required. By doing so, we have minimized errors in the mixing process and established a reliable system that can produce consistently high-quality coating solutions.
Smart Factory
Since 2022, we have implemented a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) that comprehensively manages data collection, analysis, and monitoring across all processes. This system can track every lot from raw material intake to finished products, support efficient production management through real-time data monitoring and analysis. As a result, it significantly contributes to quality control and productivity improvement.

New material: Dyneema
Since 2023, we have partnered with Dyneema to enhance the strength of our gloves by incorporating Dyneema fibers into our manufacturing process. Dyneema is an ultra-strong fiber known for its excellent durability and strength. By using this fiber in the knitting of our gloves, we have significantly improved their durability and strength, providing effective protection against sharp objects.
